Shipping, Payment & Returns


Shipping & Timeframes:

The processing timeframe can be up to 8 working days. Over busy periods (especially before Christmas, Easter and other significant holidays) please allow extra time for order processing. You are welcome to contact us before placing an order to check current processing timeframes. 

Confirmed shipping costs are available at checkout. Shipping is generally 2-4 working days, again, please allow extra time over busy periods (such as the lead in to Christmas). Orders are sent using a non-signature required service.

We take no responsibility for delivery delays due to courier service. A courier tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout on completion of your order.

Please check the delivery information provided carefully, as if the order is returned to Uniquely You due to incorrect delivery information provided, you will be required to repay the shipping cost.

Payment & Location:

All prices are stated in New Zealand Dollars.

Uniquely You is currently not GST Registered, and therefore sales do not include GST.

Sales and Orders are currently only available in New Zealand.

Returns:

We do not accept returns due to a change of mind. If an item is faulty or damaged - we will happily meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Please contact us as soon as the fault is identified, with details and photos if possible, so we can discuss a solution with you.

Many of our items are made from wood or plywood and are therefore subject to natural variances in their appearance – in particular colours, grain, texture, natural knots or variations in internal layering of plywood. These variances can also affect the appearance of engraving as the natural grains affect the gradient of the engrave.

Please notethese natural variations are not considered defects but add to the bespoke nature of our products.
