Q: How long does it take to process an order?

A: It generally takes up to 8 working days to process your order. Delivery is typically 2-4 days. Please note these times may be extended during busy periods.

Q: I’ve completed my order, but just realised there is a mistake! Is there anything I can do?  

A: Please contact us as soon as possible and let us know your order details. We will check where in the process your order is at and if it has not yet been made, we will update the details.

 

Q: Does my order include GST?

A: We are not currently GST registered, and therefore we do not charge GST on our sales.

 

Q: Can I engrave in different languages?

A: Yes, we are able to engrave in different languages. For designs where the name is being cut out (for example the custom roses) – we will try our best to incorporate the accents. 

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: At the moment, we only ship within New Zealand.

 

Q: Do you supply for wholesale purposes?

A: We’d be happy to talk to you about this! Please get in touch and let us know what item(s) you are interested in.

 

Q: I have a specific idea – but I can’t see this on your website – can you help?

A: We can certainly try! If you can’t see what your after, please get in touch, we’d love to see if we can help.

 

Q: My item has just arrived, but it appears to have been damaged in transit – what should I do?

A: Our apologies for that! Please email us, with photos if possible, so we can make the appropriate arrangements to rectify this with you and lodge a claim with the courier company.

 

Q: What payment options do you offer?

A: At the moment we can accept most major credit cards or bank transfer.

 

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: All of our products are made to order, and many are personalised; we therefore do not accept returns if you have changed your mind.

If a good is faulty or damaged we will happily meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Please note, that we do not consider variations in wood pattern or engrave darkness a fault. Wood is a natural material, and as such each piece we make is unique.  

 

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?

A: We do not currently have a gift wrapping option. We are however happy to include a short, hand written note from you, if you are shipping the item directly to the recipient.  

 

Q: Will you include an invoice or receipt with my order?

A: No, all orders are sent without this information. We’d be happy to email you this information if required - please leave a note in the checkout section.
